This policy explains what RideThrough Logistics LLC ("RideThrough," "we") collects through this website and what we do with it. It covers this website only. Work we do for customers is covered by our contracts.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect the name, company, email address and message you enter. We don't ask for anything else, and you don't need an account to use this site.
Like any website, our hosting provider receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How we use it
We use what you send through the form to reply to you, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our business correspondence.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Services that handle data for us
Vercel hosts this website and processes the technical request data described above.
Resend delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox by email.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact-form submissions to tell people apart from automated spam. To do that, it processes information about your browser and device. Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to that processing.
Vercel Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate so we can see how the site is used. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites.
Cookies
This site doesn't set cookies, so there is no cookie banner. If that changes, we'll update this policy before it does.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us by emailing info@ridethroughlogistics.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
